Use metadata to your advantage.
You should know that every track in iTunes has data behind it. This data helps in classifying the tracks into categories. The accuracy of metadata depends upon how you ended up importing the track into iTunes. You need to tweak the metadata of a track or an entire album to fix your messed-up music files.
For this, you need to right-click on a particular track or an album and select Get Info. You'll find multiple fields to edit on the info tab, and adjust the metadata as needed.
